The Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (FNS40815) qualification delivers new entrants to the industry a career pathway into the finance and mortgage broking sector alongside delivering further knowledge and formal qualifications to those currently employed in the financial services sector. The Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking qualification can be completed prior to the Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management (FNS50315) qualification. It is recommended that students with no prior experience in the industry complete the Certificate IV prior to undertaking the Diploma. Once students complete the Certificate IV, an upgrade program can be completed to obtain the Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking management qualification. From the 1st of January 2018, it is expected that students will complete as a minimum entry requirement the Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management to obtain Associate Credit Adviser or Adviser Membership.
