In-House Courses 


Financial Consulting Australia offers a multitude of different in-house courses all designed to help you set up, maintain and grow your business and revenue streams.
Courses have been tailor made specifically to assist mortgage brokers; they are not a series of brochures bundled together by product manufacturers with a vested interest in growing their sales. 

Financial Consulting Australia does not ‘mass-market’ its courses, these are created only with our brokers in mind, they are practical, relevant and relatable to your business.

Starting Business and Client Referrals – new to Industry, where do you start?

Broker Refresher Course – a re-cap of the entire industry, covering the practical elements of mortgage Broking. Done your Cert IV and/or Diploma? Let’s recap the more pertinent information you will need in your business. 

Sales Training – an intensive sales course for brokers, not shoe salespeople. Here we cover sales and client engagement, how to turn a lead into a relationship and ultimately into a sales and referral partner.

Networking and Referral Partnerships – how to approach, engage and maintain referral partnerships. 

Broker Assistants’ Course – thinking of hiring an assistant – what do they need to know to enable them to properly assist you. Some brokers are great at being brokers, they can write a loan, due to time pressures and patience requirements, many brokers struggle to teach an assistant. Let us do that for you. 

​Understanding and Identifying Insurance Needs – Most brokers are reluctant to offer the referral service because they simply do not understand the need, the market and the programme – good news, we do and we can show you why, who and how to successfully refer – and in the process set up a real separate revenue stream and protect your business.
